Before stepping into the limelight with his own establishment, Chef Takahashi’s culinary prowess was honed to perfection. He graduated with the highest honors from the prestigious Tsuji Culinary Institute, setting the stage for a stellar career. His tenure as Sous Chef at the legendary Sakurada in Kyoto, spanning a decade, further enriched his culinary repertoire with Japanese flavors and techniques.
